The Smells of a Sailboat


For those of us that spend a lot of time aboard the smells on our boats just become part of the experience. I remember before moving aboard full-time that when we would be away from the boat we would smell the “boat smell” on our clothes and it reminded us of where we wished we were. It’s funny how something like a smell can elicit such an emotional response!
