Update: Engine Going in Monday 12/19!
At last, the Beta 60 diesel has been ordered and is on its way! We ordered/paid for it on December 8th, and it is on its way to the California Yacht Services. Too much excitement right now, but updates will be coming soon!
The Engine is On Its Way!
In finding out that the diesel was kaput, we were actually relieved! One of our biggest worries was pulling into a tight anchorage at an island, and the diesel failing on us.
